
Justin
Molloy is a Designer, Technologist, and Educator based in Cincinnati, USA. Justin graduated from Columbia University
Graduate School of Architecture Planning and Preservation with a Master
of Architecture in 2003. He received a Bachelor of Science in
Architectural Studies from the University of Illinonis at
Urbana-Champaign in 2000. From 1998-1999 he studied at l’École
Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Versailles (ENSA-V) in France. Justin has been active in both personal and private design,
technology and research based projects over the last ten years.
Mr Molloy has worked with Joeb Moore, of J+PA [Greenwich, CT], STUDIOS [New York], MFA [New York], Georges Hung (formerly of insite [Paris], GBBN [Cincinnati], Studio SC [Seattle] and currently with bhdp [Cincinnati].
He has maintained his own projects
through jtmdsgn and hyaline. Justin started jtmdsgn in 2003
as an graphic design + research consultancy focusing on current and emerging digital technologies
as they relate to the design of space. In partnership with Rachel Fujita,
hyaline studios was formed in 2004 focusing on motion, web and identity design. In 2007 HYALINE LLC was formed to consolidate the design and technology projects of jtmdsgn and hyaline studios. In 2008, HYALINE celebrated their first year with the launch of a studio blog at hyaline dot us.
Justin is currently an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Cincinnati, College of DAAP, School of Design. Justin is an active member of SEGD, the Society for Environmental Graphic Design. Justin formerly served as the Communications Director and Anthem Managing Editor of the Anthemios Alumni Association of Alpha Rho Chi.
